Thread: HAve anyone fish Horseshoe or midway lately?

Thinking about trying midway next week and horseshoe the weekend. Need info.

I went last Friday and really had a hard time locating those crappie pulling crank baits but managed two big hybrids....see pictures on Mississippi forum.... A friend of mine straightened me out, so I went back Monday and found them trolling cranks in about 12 fow and pitching chartreuse jigs around some of the deeper docks. Caught some nice fish.

Thanks for the info, and were you in the middle of the lake, and did you launch from kamp karefree or from Hwy 147. You've been a big help to me already. Thank You:D

Young Fisherman.......launched from boatramp by the old restaurant and fished middle portion of lake....hope you catch alot of fish.
