    Default LMR or Lake Conway

Is there anything going on at these two spots? The dog days have to get over quickly. I am about to go nuts.

This time of year, I normally go to the deep holes in Ouachita or may be trout fishing. That cool breeze off of that trout water sure can feel good this time of the year.

Have not wet a hook in a long time. Cleaned some fish for one of the boys that works for me got out of a pond. But, other than that, I know Gooch went to Lake Maumelle long line trolling bandits and put a few in the boat last Sat. evening.

Wonder if you could do it by pouching bandits on the LMR? Staying right in the deeper water.

If I still lived near Lake Maumelle, I think I'd be concentrating on the bridges centered int he channels.

On Ouachita, I trolled bandits in the Spillway area last Friday evening with very little action. Not deep enough, I guess. You'd think you'd pick up one or two along the ledges or accross the points at 14-16 foot depth. Maybe next week. I dunno. Can't wait for the fall pattern!
