People tell me lake Conway is good. Bear Creek lake in east central AR is great for bluegill.

We got the mess just off the dock at Lake Norrell. Bout 20 miles outside of Benton. Has lots of big bluegills. Didn't even go out in the boat. We just fished off the dock. Had more gills just didn't fit on board.

On the bottom in bout 6ft. Nimrod was the one that told me about putting sweet feed in to bait a hole up and it worked. Catfish came off frozen crawfish, small live bream, hot dogs. Bream was worms, and hot dogs too. Cought more bream than in picture, board was just full.

I got into a mess of smaller bream yesterday and Tuesday out on Old River lake in Scott. They were small, but a heck of a lot of fun to catch. caught them in about 4-6' of water on a bumblebee colord jig I got from Dano. They work great, and I am sold on them forever.

What method did you use to bait the hole? Did you just throw it out? Is there any cover by your spot?, etc. Looks Good!!

    Hey MM,

I just dumped it right out of the bag at the end of our dock. It's about 6ft deep and the water is clear and you could see lots of fish coming in. Saw some bigger cats. just didn't catch any.

Next time I think I will put some out in about 20ft of water where I can still cast to it off the dock.
