    Default Horseshoe or Burnt Cane

Anybody heard any good reports about horseshoe or burnt cane lately. We are going to one of them this weekend. Hopefully, someone will post about all of the slabs being caught at one of these lakes.
    Thanks,

Ringo, Burnt Cane is back down to a fairly normal level, but it was awful muddy as of today about 9:00 this morning. There were a few vehicles at the ramp with trailers but I didn't see or talk to anyone. Horseshoe would be my pick between the 2 this weekend!

Thanks, Budro. Have you been back to shell lake anymore this week. We may need to be there instead of horseshoe.

No, I've been busy with work yesterday and today, but I'll either be there or Bear Creek on Saturday.

Did you use jigs or crickets? Were they on the beds or just out from them?

We used crickets and most were 4-6 feet from the bank
