    Default Lots & Lots of crappie.


    I got to White Oak Park about 10 days ago. Fishing has been great but the weather has not! I have fished and did well, when weather permitted at Gurdon & White Oak. In fact, at the park (White Oak) at a small outlet pond from the lake, from the bank, crappie are being taken by the bucket load. Most 12-13 inches but saw a 17 incher. People have been fishing the pond hard for 7 or 8 days regardless of the weather. Snowing today, just hanging out! Thats all to report on my yearly trip to ARK.

    Hey thats a great report but its killing me not to have any pics.

    I'm glad the trip down worked out for you now you need to make it for crappie camp.
