BBQ on Sunday, shovel snow on Tuesday. What a world. I would like to see the COE hold some water in Bull Shoals to help the spawn. The water has not been high since 2002 and the fish from that spawn have about reached their lifespan. We need a good spawn and when the water gets up in the tree tops, then the fry are happy.
