Anyone do any good on beaver this week?
Which rod you got ? I've ordered several front sections for my Buck's poles 12' jig poles were about 16.00 plus shipping . I order several for spares and saves on shipping costs. Seems I break a couple each season as I jig fish brushpiles several days a week. Always be careful with the rods as any small damage creates a weak spot and they break there under a load.I've had people sit on or drop something on a rod . The rod would look undamaged , but then break with a 10'' Crappie on.

I live half way between natural walk and blue springs (nob hill). That's where I do my crappie fishing every chance I get. I get off work around noon every day and am off on mondays, so I get alot of chances. It has been real good fishing until this last front came in. Now, the water is muddy as a hog waller!!! I use a color selector to get right color of jig and of course I never go without minnows. Next week is supposed to be nice and if it is then look out crappie.
Fish17, what kind of boat are you driving? I always put in at Bo's landing, and usually remember all of the other boats that I see. I drive a Copper color Ranger 451. If you see me out there, stop and tell me where the fish are biting at.
