    Default Morgan Point report

I fished Morgan Point yesterday and today and it was slow at best. Spent most of the day yesterday trying to find them and figure out what they wanted. The wind was rough yesterday and finally caught some late yesterday in 28 to 30 FOW at about 25ft. deep. Ended up with 8 keepers. Thought I had them figured out so I went back today in the rain and caught 2 good fish where I left off yesterday. I went and sat in the truck during some lightning and thunder storm and went back and caught 2 more good fish. Had several throw backs both days. A lot of yellow bass today to keep it interesting. It was enjoyable on the lake today even though it rained most of the day, I had it to myself mostly.

A couple of the best ones 1lb. 12oz each

    My catch for this weekend.

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

    A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

Hey Jerry, that's a good lookin' catch for the weekend. Can't beat time on the water regardless. And as you always say...a bad day of fishing beats a good day at work. Hope to catch you out on the water soon...

Default We expect nothing less of you!

Jerry, we believe in you so strongly that we just know you're goin' to get some gooduns! You are a tenacious crappie chaser, right out of the same mold as is ole ceb. Congratulations, and my hat is off to you, sir!

Having watched you fish for the big ones at Larto the other weekend, I know you have the patience. Keep it up, and thanks for the nice report. Ray
