We tried horseshoe last saturday. Water is up about a foot from last summer, but it is still low. We only caught 3 crappie and 4 catfish trolling. We did catch a 13 lb. and 8 lb blue cat. We saw one guy at the landing who had caught 30 fishing in one dock. No one else we talked to caught any.
Another guy I know fished there sunday and only caught 3 in the docks.

It is just a matter of time before the bite really turns on there.
