IT WAS COLD! We caught some fish though. Sixteen degrees first thing this moring and about 32 when we hit the water. I just love my new saying, "We did it when nobody else did." Even if you don't catch any fish you still have bragging rights, lol.
I went out Monday. It wasn't as cold then. But, my Dad called to check on me from Houston around 9 AM. He thought I was nuts when I told him the frost had not melted off of my boat yet. Now my wife thinks I am nuts and I can't get any sympathy for relapsing with the crud I have had since the first part of November. I am my own thrill ride when I turn over in bed or bend down, it feels like I am turning flips (backwards). Sure will be glad when we get a real doctor in the group.
