    hmm never thought bout eating the eggs. when i grew up in nw jersey we used to eat white perch roe fried. think i might try some crappie roe

    If I remember right my Mom use to meal and fry them just like the fish. I have not eaten any in 30 years.

    So they could easily be mixed with chorizo and served on tortillas with nopolitos and potatos
