Chris - you did well for the Little Maumelle. Yeah, Fran and I had to get in get a bunch other stuff taken of, plus had to go to a wedding Saturday afternoon. We only kept three from that morning.

I went back at daybreak today and fished for three hours and got skunked, except for a dozen of the little yellow bass. The ski boat guy was back by mid morning running up and down river. I'm thinking grenade.

Hope to make next saturday. Have to see how this weeks goes. I'll let you know and bring some sides.

I can't understand why they weren't biting Sunday. I figured that it would have been the better day. And I think your right about the grenade part...

Hey Grubby, I wouldn't call those goodun's...:rolleyes: But like Rick said, they are the perfect eatin' size. I would rather have a 10" crappie fillet than a 13" anyday. But I've got to admit...the 13" is much more fun to catch.:D It's a lot easier when you don't have to cut 'em up.

It was nice to be back out on the river again, since it's been so long. I can't wait till cold weather, when you don't have to worry about many folks being out there...
