Thread: fall bite / where's Slabbandit?

The fish are starting to bite at Nimrod a little. Good thing Slabbandit went back to work, he could'nt stand not fishing or working. Did'nt tear them up today but caught a few nice ones. I had 4 slabs and the biggest was 16'' and 2lb 3 oz. Only kept 6 ,but had a good mess of fish. Really did'nt catch many dinks. Thing was if I caught a dink in a spot that was all there was there. David ,they hit deep on pink and white. Maybe it will get better.:D

I'm still around! Plan on doin' a little fishin' this weekend and watching the Patriots/Colts game Sunday. See you out there NIMROD!!
