Well believe it or not.....AND AS MUCH AS I CAN'T STAND USC......I wish that USC would have won and won out to play LSU in the national championship.....Now don't get me wrong, I know we still have a ways to go to get to the NC and all of our toughest competiors are still to be played but when LSU won the NC in 2003 all we heard was that it was a divided championship. I would have LOVED to see LSU beat the living snot our of USC to hopefully shut them up! I know this is the Ark. board and yall don't want to hear all this LSU talk so I will be quiet now but just wanted to throw my 2 cents in about the overrated trojans.

All responses are welcome and I appreciate your input, hahaha. However, I must step up and tell you that it's equally horrifying to hear people say how LSU just ROUTED OU, well.....it was a 7 point win!!!! Respect is earned by respecting others....USC would have clobbered LSU with Leinart in the saddle man, just my two cents! BOOMER SOONER! MM

First off I never said that LSU routed OU just that we beat them for the NC and to be honest I believe that OU would give LSU a tougher time than USC would this year........BUT you thinking that USC would clobber LSU.....Well that is just dillusions of grander! Heck USC couldn't beat a 40 point underdog!!!!!!!!!!!!

Notice....I said USC 'would have' clobbered LSU (w/ Matt Leinart @ QB back when they beat everyone), LSU or OU either one would not have stood a chance! BOOMER SOONER! MM

Minnowman, you were right I appologize, I was thinking you were talking about this year. But I still think LSU or OU could have beaten them even with Leinart.
