Hey didn't we beat yall once already for the National Title?!?!?! AND THAT WAS AFTER YALL LOST YOUR CHAMPIONSHIP GAME! If it wouldn't be for USC saying they won the Championship in 2003, I would be glad to see the Sooners and LSU play again. But I would really like to see LSU put USC in its place, just like Flordia did to Ohio State last year! :D

All of this is in good fun, so please don't take any of this as a personal attack on anyone. Minnowman IF the Sooners get there, it should be a great game.

No doubt LSU beat OU in the Nat'l Championship game.....however, I feel it was such a close game with a few bad coaching decisions (playing an injured, over-rated Jason White...yes, I said over-rated cause it's true) but had we put in our back-up it would have been even closer if not a different outcome.) It's hard for me to believe that LSU would have a game against USC this year, I do not tell they are as good as projected to be. OU is a YOUNG team, so if we don't see you in the big dance this year we will probably be there the next 2 or 3 years to come.....can't wait! BOOMER SOONER! MM

I had a thing typed up with who each played and what there records were and my browser decided to close, so i aint typing it again....lol
But from what i seen, Ok played 2 teams that were win-less and LSU played 1.
Lsu had 1 questionable td scored on them, and Ok had several pts scored on them. Sounds like the defense is gonna be what we have to watch.
Regardless they are both Looking really good atm and a matchup between the two would be a good game. Who knows maybe they will have the last dance.
The game I am waiting on is the LSU and Bama game in Nov.
And like Shadow said, this is all in fun, so no-one take offense please.

Jlaughlin, no doubt! I am with you there...let's HOPE they get a shot, and in the meantime, I got my sights set on beating Texas and Nebraska (both decent, but not as good as I'd expected them to be) and you have to look out for 'Bama, under Saban we might watch them crawl back to dominance in the SEC....good luck!
