Yup that was me. I tried to tell the reporters I was more concerned about not getting the toon out on the river than I was missing oportunities to work. As my luck would have it, the liner service was able to continue service to Little Rock; that is as far as they went. Randy it was him. Funny thing was I saw him on crimestoppers on channel 7 then you see him on 11 the same night.
