Bob had a crew that did a nightstalk the weekend before last between the areas you mentioned and didnt do well. That being said I dont think anyone caught many that weekend anywere that I spoke with. We have been having some good success on our nightstalks this summer though. I rarely fish the lake during the day as we are usually with a number of familys on my toon. If you not familiar with the area I will tell you that the boat traffic can be very heavy in the areas you mentioned. If you get up in the areas between markers 46 and 47 you can find water thats as quiet as it is in winter.

put in today hit the dam area, all the fish i marked were deep.... real deep. tried a couple down riggers no luck but it was like 2-5 this afternoon ( the wife was with me). gooch the boat traffic wasn't bad and i was checking out this pontoon i just got... took two days to get the downs right (before i put it in):rolleyes: will try and hit it early in the morning.. Thanks

I heard the striper fishing is good by the dam. Cats have been good lately, too. The only crappie I've caught lately were on a spinner bait while fishing for bass
