Lake Erling Ark.
Thair is some good Crappie in this Lake In the dead cold os winter is when it is dest down in the 20 & 30 on the creek channels. I n the summer time on the creek channels at the south end at the spillway to about mid way of the lake. When you get on the north ene of the lake the flats get mossey but the creek channel runs from the south end to the north end. The people that have the tops out catch the most fish in the summer time. Both jigs and shiners, in the early spring a lot of people set out yo-yo's and catch some that weigh 2 to 3 pounds this is verry common. last year I cought 3 that weighed 3 pounds. I fish out of the park right out of Springhill Louisiana. I can't remember the highway no. but you go north by Brookshires and about 8 miles on the left is the turn off to the lake their will be a sigh on the left pounting to the park. Fish frome the park to the north down the creek it is easy to fing ther dead cypress trees mark the creek all the way north. Orange jigs work good (hair jugs).
