I was talking with a friend the other day about the thermacell. He said last year while fishing at Maddox Bay, the mosquitoes got bad, so he turned it on. After a few minutes the mosquitoes left. After a few more minutes, all of his crickets were dead!![]()

You can't fish with a hung line!
If it killed the crickets, makes you wonder what it's doing to you?
They also told us Agent Orange was harmless too. Nuff said.
If you're too busy to go fishing, you're too busy!
Dont think it was what killed them. I know mine has been right by crickets and never killed mine.
But I will try it agian and see if the die this time.
Wonder if that is what is causing my hair to turn grey?

Never tried a Themacell. Had to look it up to see what one was. I plan on getting a couple to try for night fishing. I've seen them in the stores and didn't pay them much attention. I guess, from what everyone here says, they really work well.
