WD-40 also works good to remove stickers and residues.
Ditto on WD-40 or similar product. Or acetone, mineral spirits, lighter fluid, gasoline....be careful

Heat gun or hair dryer to start with and then a solvent for the adhesive. Barsol Automotive Parts Cleaner does a good job and it's not too hard on your hands.
All of the above should work. But keep in mind what type chemicals you rub on your boat if it is fiberglass, and what it could do to the finish coat.
You can't fish with a hung line!
I've used a hot water power washer to remove those several times and it works better than anything. Solvents will only remove the glue but you have to get the vinyl off first. There is also a flapper wheel made by 3M called scotch-brite molding adhesive and stripe removal disc Part #07502, but it can burn the paint finish if your not real carefull with it. I still think the hot water power washer is the best. If they aren't real old and dryed out a hair dryer or heat gun will work though if you don't have access to the other stuff.
