Thread: New regulation effective 1-1-2021

Again.............

I fish rivers and oxbows off those rivers..... I fail to see how my moving a cooler full of water upstream or downstream of that river system is consequential compared to the river moving millions of gallons every day.

Enlighten me.

And it’s not whining. I’m now an outlaw when I try to keep my fish alive until I get them home to clean them.

Can't selectively enforce , they won't know where your going . Takes one tiny peice of Giant Salvinia to transplant it . Zebra mussels can be in water unseen and transplanted unintentional.
