    Where is the closest ramp on Black River??

    I'll answer my own question. Lockheart Ferry near Saffel
    Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.

    If you interested AGFC has a book you can buy . The booklet showns each Arkansas County map and most of the launch ramps and roads . Great if you like to hunt and fish new areas in our state .
