Thread: It is not always easy

Road along with a friend on Dardanelle yesterday. Looking for tournament fish . Man it was hot , Gnats were bad and Arkansas River was rolling . We did more looking than fishing . Found a few good fish and moved on .Always a good day searching new water and spending a day on the water with good folks . Released them and hopefully be a few those places next week when they fish Crappie Masters .
Everyone use caution if you get out on the main part of the Arkansas River . The flows are real high and dangerous . I could not believe a boat was pulling a kid on a tube in the main River yesterday ! That is insane and even worse there was barge traffic present !
