Funny guy! I like to remind anglers that we handle around 10,000 crappie on Lake Conway during a sample and we generally need to keep around 200-300 fish for age and growth analysis. We nee d to keep 10 of every inch class of crappie we sample. So a lot of the crappie that are kept for age and growth analysis are dinks. We typically don’t catch nets full of slabs. We do see some

i am definitely giving you a hard time. but i do have one Concern. You are telling on yourself now. The Minimum length limit on Conway is 10” crappie. Do you release anything under 10”s. LOL! Thanks for all the efforts you guy put into the management of the fish populations.
