Default Have the crappie moved out of Beaver?

Had this week off to fish and can"t get any fish to bite. 2 9"ers today and a few small bass. Is it the moon, water temp., pressure or what. Worst week I"ve had since Febuary. Have covered water from 30ft to 6ft. ????????????

I'm waiting on a call from the G&F. I'll let you know what I find out.
I have been told that some of the females have started re- absorbing there eggs and when this happens it's lockjaw! I have not been doing well this week!

Ron Moore at the Arkansas G&F said the crappie will spawn and it should be next week. He said they will spawn anywhere from 6' to 15' due to the clearer water this year. Today was much better for me as well as minnow man. I also found out that they will be stocking over 500,000 new crappie this year. They are in the stock pond as we speak.

First good keeper since last weekend, and hooked a 20"or so walleye, but due to the low action didn"t have the net out. Hey did ron say why it would be next week? I noticed the pressure was up to 30.16 about 8:00 this A.M. Couldn"t go out kid had a awards ceremony. /QUOTE]
