I've been turkey hunting but still spying on you at Blue Mtn and the load of crape mertle bushes that was in your truck last week when it was parked a Dardanelle. Calling you a "no fishin catchin Guber " was in jest. That's like calling Tiger Woods a " No golf playing" golfer.. Just go catch all of them. When I get recover from all my wrist surgery maybe I'll be able to come and catch my usual limit of 6 or 8 a day with my " Wall of Hooks"!! Just keep posting pics and try to reveal a few "pro pointers" every now and then--- besides Huckabee rods and Timmy Tom jigs. And it is not illegal to use a net to land a fish- in case anyone cares.

Wish I could stop by and say hi. You guys wouldn’t recognize Jacob anymore. He is 9’years old ,5 foot tall and a pretty big boy. He will still talk your ear off though.

Came home and missed flooding rains by about half hour. Looks like we missed a lot of heavy rain along the way. We only had light rains when we did have rains. got lucky for a change, yay.

Now bad muddy , still windy and in spots water dropped to 54 degrees, highest I seen was 60
degrees !

Hope you enjoyed the Arkansas part of your trip. Obviously, mother nature doesn't always behave the way we want her to. We fished the big D Tuesday and came around your campsite, it didn't appear that anybody was at home, maybe next time.
