Finally replaced my broke camera and I'm trying to remember how to post pics, so bear with me. Anyway I fished Brewer Thr. for about 3 hrs. mid day and caught these 9 over brush piles in 20' of water. That's a 12" board in the pic. Went back early Fri morning and caught 4 nice fish in the first 10 min. I thought I was all set up to really get after them. Over the next 3 hrs. I caught another 19 fish before the wind and rain blew me off the lake.... everyone of them between 5 & 7 in. Don't know what happened to the larger fish....they just quit...
I went shallower and deeper, tried minnows, jigs, and roadrunners looking for them but could only catch dinks. I ended up putting the first 4 fish back in the lake.

My Dad has a 65 ss. Too bad its a 'lil 327. Still fun to drive, though. Nice car, SS
SS...I can FULLY relate to your feeling like your last few trips were not real productive...the fish (mostly female) have been slow to strike, but when they do strike make no mistake you have to guess if it's a bass, catfish, or crappie right at first! I don't mind those SLOW days once in a while--relax. Good luck! MM
