Thread: Been fishing several lakes lately

Some lakes the spawn is real close and others the fish are still out deep . Been having to work hard some days for a limit and others I just fish till 9 am and go in to take care of business with a good mess. They seem to bite best early , suspect it is the bright moon in last week . Still catching with same purple/chartreuse Umbrella tube on a Timmy Tom insert 1/8 oz . Still not using a net and same red Huckabee rods . A word of advice don't jump to conclusions like some have in the past . I fish several lakes but clean them at the same cleaning station down the road .

Took another trip today . Caught over 50 and culled out a limit of which at least 1/2 were good ones . Swing'n with the fat girls and Huckabee rods .

Where do you buy the Purple/Chartruese umbrella tubes? Would like to give them a try. Thanks!

Look at Southern Pro tackle online . I get my 1/8 oz insert lead heads from Timmy Tom . When you order from the companies let them know NIMROD sent you . Thanks , They know what I use .
