Yep. Chad has worked on my rigs since the Riverside days. It took several visits to get the issue with the Polarkraft worked out, but that wasn't his fault really and he didn't charge me this time. I don't use it that often but I'm trying really hard to correct that misguided approach to life. I'm ashamed to say how long it's been there...........
