    Thumbs down Millwood

    Millwood

I fished the CAST tourney on Saturday, coudn't find them. The guys that did said they were in coves and sloughs. I on the other hand found them on cypress trees the day before and was being hard headed about it Sat. The cold front obviously screwed my fishing up. There were 2 fish caught over 3lbs at weigh ins. A good time overall. THAT IS ONE STUMP FILLED LAKE....

I mainly fished the cottonshed area, 2-4 deep. Only caught 1. I have never had that much trouble....

    Nate,

I'm back in WI. Glad you had a good trip back. Fished my usual spots b4 leaving, I could have sent you back with lots of fish. Lot's crappies, mostly 12-13 inch stuff but keepers, and at least 1 lb Bluegill's and huge-huge Redears, - one measured out 11-1/2 inches. Fish should bed this coming week or so around Camden. White Oak Lake was giving crappie between the lakes off the bridge nice sized. I only flyfished as usual. See ya.
