Found a few nice ones yesterday before you get to sidewalk hole just before dark. Caught a couple of 13"ers and 12" just before dark, thought I had found them. Went back today loaded for bear and only could manage 2 decent ones. Possibly something to do with the weather???????

Sidewalk hole, you and JT have both mentioned this today and I'm not exactly sure as to the whereabouts of this place...is that the place over before the War Eagle bend where the jeeps and cars are always parked out by the water (after heavy rains they always get stuck?)...Congrats, and good luck. I'll be up that way Sat. morning around 0700-0730...MM

Is the place your talking about just inside the mouth of War Eagle? Sidewalk hole is a ways back and the ramp is paved. You will pass a small group of houses down by the water probably 20 or 30 and 2 decect size docks in front. Sidewalk is around the next bend. Before you get to these houses there will be 3 groups of larger trees out in the water on the left and the main channel goes right, after that be careful there are some smaller trees out in the middle scattered. At about 40 mph it takes me approx 30 min from Monte Ne.

Yeah, that's the place I'm talking about...I guess I'm not exactly sure where you are referring to, I know the lake pretty well, but I've never heard of that hole before...you live in Rogers? How often you get out there? That's a pretty good little scoot down from Monte Ne...

Minnow fishing is my favorite, sometimes I just like to tie on some bobber stoppers and relax out there and not move around a whole heck of a lot, haha. Thanks for update!

If I was half the crappie fisherman you are I might have a chance for the FORCE to grab hold of me, sounds like I got my hopes up, DANGIT! I will try not to let you all down, we are not coming in empty handed, even if I have to chase whites/walleye all day....haha! MM (which general direction would you suggest if leaving out of Hickory?) Heard it's supposed to rain, GRR!!!
