Hey Joe, I plan to get out there on the Little Maumelle sometime this weekend or early next week. We found a few in the deep water of the channel (20' or so). Didn't really get to try the skinny water due to lack of time. I plan to put more time into finding the crappie on my next outing.

I might be there pretty early on Saturday, the 17th. Where are you going to be fishing? Upstream or downstream?

Sorry that I just now saw this. I cought 22 from noon to 3pm. All were at 5ft deep, and I cought them upstream. When all of them were cleaned, they all had eggs in them.

Hello everyone,

Sorry it has been a long time. I have been out of the state in a school.. I just got back and seen that there was something going on this weekend. The location is very close to my house. I dont think that I am going to be able to come and fish but would love to come and meet everyone. So to the point. Maybe I can come out this weekend and just meet everyone. I will bring anything that is needed. Food, drinks, chairs whatever. I can spend a couple hundered bucks if needed. ( have some extra budget money left over, what better way to use it..)I am here to help anyone. So if this is not a problem shoot me a message back. Maybe if someone has a little extra room I can grab a pole and fish a few hours but I will need to be back home by 1500 hrs. I am at work today at the coroners office and it is for 24hours. So depending on how many calls I get today/tonight will determine what time I arrive. Let me know. Troy

Glad your going to make it. You don't need to bring a thing but your chairs and some tackle. I'm sure there will be plenty of room in some boats for you and were not fishing that far from the ramp so getting you back by 1500 will not be a problem.
