    Stripers spawn naturally in Texoma and lake Powell. I don't think anyone knows for sure what is the magic formula for stripers that live entirely in freshwater to spawn.

    They must have current to keep eggs suspended 2 to 3 days for them to hatch . Stripers travel out of salt water into fresh water rivers to spawn. So spawning in waters not connected to salt water does not matter just proper current .
