Thanks for listening Matt Yep I don't understand all the red tape... But what I am suggesting would make the lake a much cleaner and better place to take a five year old child down to the bank and catch a fish from the bank after work. Maybe some development around the 89 bridge would help also. Take some pics or video of whats going on in those areas and send to the powers that be, with a note "hey got a problem that needs to be fixed". I know you will do what you can buddy and thanks for what you do. Just think about it and maybe tug on a ear if you can.
