I thinbk I would like to see some of the condos after they are finished. Perhaps I can make some smaller versions from the smaller boo down by the creek. I would have to sink them in shallower water but if real selective about where they are placed they could have the same effect on the fish. If your condos are 20 feet tall and you place in 40 feet of water, then it would reason that a condo 10 feet tall would do well in 30 feet of water. What do you think?
If you're too busy to go fishing, you're too busy!

MT.DEW AND JP8 IN THE MORNING GETS THE BLOOD FLOWING.
If we decide on Lil Maumelle, I'd think it might be nifty to picnic on that little sandbar island on the main river just around the point of the mouth.
Sounds like a blast to have these on a regular basis. There is no way I can commit to anything for the month of March or possibly longer (god I hope not) due to my daughters condition, but if I were able to join you guys, it would definately be the last weekend for sure. Go ahead an plan this one without me and if everything works out for the better, I may just surprise you guys.
I cut enough boo for about 10 more condos yesterday. I didnt even try to put them together as bad as the wind was. Wife and kid schedule permiting going to sink them Wednesday after work. Hope these boo sinking efforts pay off with some slabs at the March nightstalk. At least all that attend will learm the location of some condos to fish when there wife and kid schedules permit.
Gooch, let me know if you need some help Wednesday afternoon sinking that Boo. My boat is on the fritz and hope to be taking it to the Doctor before Wednesday afternoon, but if I don't get it there before then, it will float and run a little above idle to carry some boo out to sink. Even if I don't have my boat, I would be happy to help in anyway that I can.
It doesent look like we will need any more boats right now for the boo sinking but I appreciate the offer. Go get that boat in the shop so you will be ready for the March stalk. I think CEB is going to meet me out there so one of us should have room in the boat if you want to come along.Originally Posted by Helmslaw
We need to start getting some stuff organized for this get-together. Are we going to do a daystalk or a nightstalk? Also need to nail down a place....Are we all in agreement for Little Maumelle?
I say Little Maumelle again as we have places to fish for a number of folks and its centraly located. The only issue I think we need some feed back on is a start time. We will be having the longer days then and it wont get dark till about 8:00. I think this will allow us to cook at 5:00 and get a few daylight hours of fishing in before the nightstalk gets started. This way the folks that just want to day fish can and those that want to do both can as well.
I am in. Let me know if there is anything I can do.
