The Mercury 25 Four stroke is a small motor that has it all, electric or pull start, tiller handle shifting, idle lock, steering tension bar, auto underwater abject giveaway when you kick it in gear.very quiet, and runs like a scolded dog. I really like this motor now that I have read the owners manual. I put one on my 15 foot War Eagle and have learned if you hit something at full speed in this small of a boat with that much engine it could kill you... so be careful, but I am Loving this Merc 25 with electric start right now with about 10 trips. Seems like a very good engine so far. Cant wait to fire it up on my next trip.
