I'm the son blairarnold is talking about above. Had some good trips on that lake, with some really nice fish some years.

I crappie and walleye fished with the owner a lot when I was up there. He wasn't guiding at the time, and we were friends, so we fished together a lot. He is retired now, knows where to find them, loves what he does, and is as entertaining a host as you'll find.

Beaver is a beautiful lake, I've never fished it. I have taken my kayak out in lake Sequoyah (Fayetteville) and managed to catch a few crappie, and a few bass too.

i go up there for work about once a week. I can throw the kayak in the truck and bring it along, pulling the big boat would be a hassle and I'd never get any sleep worrying about it in the hotel parking lot.

    Hey Clint,

This is my first time posting on here ever... Anyway, I'm the fella that posted all those reports on Ozark Anglers forum page that another member shared here. July is prime time for pulling cranks down the river arms. Stay out over the flats/channel edges 15-20 fow. There is another guide you might try to get a hold of too. Greg's Guide Service. (479) 601-1683. He's been on them as well. See yall in July!
