Took some baits to a Bait shop.pulled the boat.Bait shop owner said it was to hot Crappie not biting.Catchen a few cats he said. Showed the bait shop owner these crappie.He said what ya catch them own Minnows.Did know crappie in this lake got that size.I said no caught them on the hand made crappie baits in the boxes.Black/Chart,Orange chart.Said how do you work those baits? I said you don't work them"They work for you".Caught a limit kept 10 to eat.A 10 in taste the same as a 12 or 13 in in the skillet.Caught several cat's one good eater about 2 lb.Broke a Rod tip.But in all a Good day.Better than a poke in the EYE" as my Grandfather use to say" A Country Boy can survive.
