    For a while now there has been rumors that the Asian carp have killed all the crappie in the waters they inhabit. Fear not, that rumor is not true! Yep those are Sippi crappie, Mississippi River crappie that is!
    And Nimrod, just for you, no minners were harmed or even bought.

    Very nice. Thanks for that post. Often hear nothing but negative when it comes from the river about crappie.

    Crp, I was raised fishing the river and its many oxbows. I still love it.

    Nice mess of River Crappie. Still don't believe those things can help tho.

    Nice fish. Love to fish them oxbows just don't get to do it near often enough these days.

    The Silver Carp are a hazard to boaters and can't be good for fishing . Glad there some Crappie still there .

    Glad to see some come out of them chutes!! We fished Shawnee village, Polk salad, and blackcat alot growing up. Last time I was at black cat ya couldn't go 5 foot without stirring em up. Good job!!
