CA, thank you for field testing this knife for me. Honest feedback from a guy that puts a knife to more fish than anyone else I personally know is HUGELY appreciated, as are the fillets and seeing your method for getting the meat off these gems.

Edited to add, you can bet there will be a six inch variant of this design in stainless steel in the works.
