Talked to a crappie fishing buddy that said he got some of those bass master optima's. He sent them back as defective. Said they wouldn't run his trolling motor slow enough to crappie fish and when he turned them off, he had time to jig the brush pile about twice before the batteries came back on automatically, sending him to a brush pile on the other side of the lake while creating a big wake and disturbing as many people as possible.

I'm beginning to have second thoughts about these bass master batteries. I think I will wait until someone sponsored by Optima wins a crappie tournament.
