The last time I was at lake Atkins in Dec. I had trouble finding a place to park not so today. I saw 1 boat at the dike and 1 at lucky landing I fished for 2 hrs not a nibble. The rear of cove was covered with shad it mite get better .I enjoyed a cheeseburger at Lucky's and seeing all the fish pics .Lake Overcup no boats a few at the fish pier.
