    Default Lake Conway keeper

My son sent this picture of a nice crappie caught yesterday in the rain & cold. The fish was not weighed and was released back in Lake Conway.

Welcome to the board. I went exploring Yesterday and road aroung the cove. Looks like that is where you were too. I saw a few boats in there, normaly I am back out on the flats this year. But, I bet they are stacked up in the cove due to lack of pressure this year.

Guess where i will be this weekend....

You got it. I saw three boats in the cove yesterday while I was just riding around on the streets in the neighborhood. Now with this picture on this post, I can't stand it. It is like When I did a tour of duty in Pennsylvania. The pictures from home sure made me want to go home. I don't really know what to expect. But, I bet they are settled down by the weekend. I will be glad to show you all of my spots; if they aint biting. Then one is all you need. If you don't PM me later in the week, I will PM you. What are you going to do with Gooch? I don't have any recliners in my sticksteer and the toon will not go under the bridge. But, someone could sit on the live well. Boy...we could get them talking with a 24' toon on Conway.

Sounds good, DP. I just hope that I don't have to go anywhere this weekend. Will know as it gets closer...

As far as Gooch, we'll just stick him in a tube with a couple of poles and drag him behind the boat. Better give him plenty of slack line though, or we'll be forced to listen to him back there cryin' the whole time...:D :D :D

I wasnt crying they were just tears from the jumbalya gas you were floating back to my end of the boat. Mrs Perchers fine cajun cooking did a number on him.

Next time, I'll bring some of those smoked eggs from the recipe board. You're gonna be in for a real treat...
