    Cut the blood line out and those striper fillets are fine eating. I've eaten hundreds of them, mostly from Texoma.

    Acording to Nat. Wildlife reports stripers have a negative impact on crappie. Test revealed that gizzard and thread fin shad was 98 % of thier diet!!!

    Yes, we were both tested. Several times during the battle I looked at the Bucks best Ul at it was bent double, and remembered thinking, I hope I don't break a rod with this dude. The next morning when I made coffee, I momentarily pondered on why my right arm was a little sore. Appreciate others comments and we may experiment with some blackend striper, in the future.
