Lowrance Customer Service
No complaints here. The screen on my HDS 7 Gen 2 Touch quit working. Contacted Lowrance and they sent a return authorization. They said to send back only the unit---no transducer, or anything else. In just a few days I received a package--the whole thing had been replaced---not repaired. Received the whole setup too--transducer and all. Nice to have good experiences like this. I hated that the unit went out, but it happens. They made it right.
