Spider rigging with B&M Capps & Coleman's. Orange and Chartreuse, Donnie's gnats, on a double rig tipped with minnows on the sickle hooks. This has stopped the the hit and spit and short bites for me.

I am the same as Crappie Greg...only difference is I prefer a 1/8th Chartreuse Black and Hot pink eyes Dan Stewart jigs but the hot pink is really good also. Guys if you fish Central Arkansas lakes invest in some Dan Stewart Jigs...They are the best Jig head you can get your hands on round these parts bar none. The paint job on these heads are as tuff as it comes, no chipping, very sharp hook with good barb, the eyes are always clean and ready to tie on. Great Jig Heads...
