Jerry is out of town for the easter weekend so I'll answer your question Greg in case he didn't take his laptop. Almost! Last January it got up to 556msl and today it is about 552-554. I tried to check the lake level site but it's not working right now for some reason. The Kirby Landing boat ramp is closed but the Marina boat ramp is still serviceable even though the water is in the parking lot. Starting today according to the power company's they will be generating 24 hours a day releasing water. A lower lake level (out of flood stage) combined with warmer water should put them in the mood.

    Hey Greg:

Greeson was at 553.3 this morning so it came within 3-feet of what it got up to a year ago January when it flooded. The crappie haven't started spawning yet so hopefully the CORP will get the lake down to around 548, which is "Full Pool" in a week or so and then hold it there through the spawn. What we don't need is any more torrential rains.
