    Good grief. Go look at the radar.

    A BUNCH of rain is headed east from OK...........and things are about to get really bad, I fear. Tornado in Pottsville. Leading edge of big green and yellow blob on radar.

    Animals are pairing up.

    Hunker down.

    STAY OFF THE RIVER

    * Flood Warning for
    The Arkansas River At Toad Suck Lock And Dam Tailwater.
    * from late Tuesday night until further notice...Or until the warning
    is cancelled.
    * At 10:00 AM Sunday the tailwater elevation was 271.6 feet. (273.0 as of 7:00 a.m. today, Tuesday)
    * Minor flooding is forecast.
    * Flood elevation is 275.0 feet.
    * Forecast...Rise above flood elevation by Wednesday morning and
    continue to rise to near 276.2 feet by early Thursday morning.
    Heavy rain is expected over the next two days and this forecast will
    likely change.Please monitor the river forecasts from the National
    Weather Service in Little Rock closely over the next few days.
    * Impacts at 275.0 feet...Mobile homes in the Toad Suck Community on
    the right descending bank near the State Highway 60 Bridge are threatened.

    Arkansas River at Dardanelle is over flood stage . Blue mt and Nimrod both flowing over spillways and forecasted to go even higher. Nimrod spillway 373 forecasted to get 377' and Blue Mt 419 forecasted to get 422'. Pray for sunshine and no more rain please !

    * At 2:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 274.1 feet.
    * Flood stage is 275.0 feet.
    * Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to
    rise to near 278.4 feet by Thursday early afternoon.
    * Impacts at 278.0 feet...Lollie Community affected. Additional farmlands
    in Faulkner County flooded by backwater up Palarm Creek and Tupelo Bayou.
