If you are referring to War Eagle Creek in NW Arkansas, my Uncle fishes it often and catches flathead catfish, smallmouth bass, spotted bass, largemouth bass, rock bass, green sunfish, and longear sunfish. We has also been known to try to catch gar for the fun of it.

I'm blessed to live a short distance away from a nice stretch of the boat I mean creek. Wish I could find a bait goggle-eye would avoid but gills would scarf.
