Been there and done that with them before. That is why I won't subscribe today. If you use a credit card to pay for your subscription, they will automatically renew it for you when the real time comes. There is an 800 number to call, big parent company who handles the distribution etc., and they so sweetly and nicely credit it back of course because what they are doing is big time wrong. Best thing to do if you want a subscription is keep a record of when you started it and when it's up and just chunk the junk mail from them.
